TERM 2 WEEK 9/10 NEWSLETTER 2024
FROM THE PRINCIPAL
PBL AWARDS
Thank you to all parents, carers and family members who attended our special PBL award presentations this morning. Congratulations to all children who achieved a new level this term, it was great to see so many certificates!
SEMESTER ONE REPORTS AND INTERVIEWS
Thank you to parents and carers for making the time to attend an interview/s over the past fortnight. The mid-year report and interview process is a great opportunity to share progress, set new goals and build connections around our children.
Our final class to complete this process will be 5/6 Galah in the first few weeks of next term.
A big thank you to all staff involved in preparing reports and attending interviews across the period.
TERM 3
We are already beginning to get excited for the term to come. Next term will see our dance and choir groups perform at the Orange Eisteddfod and our whole school production in Week 7. Make sure to mark in your calendar the date of our evening performance - Wednesday, 4th September, which will be held at Orange Civic Theatre. Information about various requirements, dates/times and ticket sales will be forthcoming early next term.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
I would like to wish all Orange East families a safe, enjoyable holiday break. School resumes for students on Tuesday, 23rd July. Should you have concerns during the holiday period, School Security can be contacted on 1300 880 021.
